Abstract
Računovodstvene informacije, bilo da su vezane uz prihode ili rashode, u današnjim suvremenim uvjetima su vrlo bitne za upravljanje poslovanjem i razvojem svakog poslovnog subjekta ili jedinice javnog sektora i uprave. Cilj ovog rada je analizirati kategoriju prihoda te računovodstveno priznavanje i mjerenje na primjeru Grada Bjelovara. Rad pokazuje kako je proračun bitno isplanirati te utrošak analizirati s vremenskog i sadržajnog stajališta. Osim praktičnog primjera u radu je prezentiran i osvrt na proračunsko računovodstvo, zakone i pripadajuće pravilnike. Također je ukazano na važnost primjene računovodstvenih politika i procjena, te njihove objave u bilješkama. Grad Bjelovar primjenjuje sve relevantne propise i upravlja proračunom u skladu s načelima i standardima predviđenim za jedinice lokalne uprave i samouprave.
Abstract (english)
Accounting information, whether related to revenues or expenditures, in today's modern conditions is very important for business management and development of any business entity or unit of public sector and administration. The goal of this paper is to analyze the category of income and accounting recognition and measurement on the example of the City of Bjelovar. The paper shows how important it is to plan a budget and analyze spending from a time and content point of view. In addition to a practical example, the paper also presents a review of budget accounting, laws and related regulations. He also pointed out the importance of applying accounting policies and estimates, and disclosing them in the notes. The City of Bjelovar applies all relevant regulations and manages the budget in accordance with the principles and standards provided for local government and self-government units.
