Abstract
U ovom završnom radu objasnit će se što su inovacije, njihove značajke te će se detaljnije objasniti četiri vrste inovacija na koje se one mogu podijeliti . Također će se objasniti pojam konkurentnosti, a uz njega objasnit će se i glavni čimbenici koji utječu na konkurentnost nekog poduzeća. U posebnom poglavlju će se prikazati sam utjecaj inovacija na konkurentnost poduzeća, a kako bi se taj prikaz mogao potkrijepiti podacima odabralo se visokotehnološko poduzeće Amazon. Amazon je jedan od pet takozvanih tehnoloških divova, koji posluje još od 90-ih godina te se danas u ponudi može pohvaliti sa zaista širokim spektrom asortimana kojeg nudi. Također, u 2021. godini se uz Apple te Alphabet/Google nalazi na vrhu ljestvice najinovativnijih poduzeća današnjice.
Abstract (english)
This bachelor thesis will explain what innovations are, their features and will explain in more detail the four types of innovations into which they can be divided. The concept of competitiveness will also be explained, along with the main factors that affect the competitiveness of a company. A separate chapter will show the impact of innovation on the company's competitiveness, and in order to substantiate this data, the high-tech company Amazon was selected. Amazon is one of the five so-called technology giants, which has been in business since the '90s and today boasts a really wide range of products on offer. Also, in 2021, along with Apple and Alphabet / Google, it is at the top of the list of the most innovative companies today.
