Abstract
This bachelor’s degree paper serves to provide analysis and determine the characteristics of organizational structures in practice, on the example of a martech company - “AdScanner d.o.o.” The first part of the paper defines main terms and concepts related to organizational structuring, including their development, organizational dimensions, coordinating mechanisms, types of organizational structure and the connection between technical complexity and organizational design. The practical part of the paper analyzes data and interprets the results about the views and opinions on organizational structuring, gathered through an online questionnaire from employees working in AdScanner d.o.o. The final section provides conclusions about the research conducted, and about the main features of organizational structure implemented at AdScanner.

Tema ovog rada je analiza i odredba karakteristika organizacijskih struktura u praksi, na primjeru poduzeća AdScanner d.o.o. Prvi dio rada definira glavne pojmove vezane za strukturiranje organizacije, uključujući razvoj organizacijskih struktura, organizacijske dimenzije, mehanizme koordinacije, tipove organizacijskih struktura te povezanost tehničke složenosti sa strukturom organizacije. Praktični dio rada obuhvaća analizu i interpretaciju rezultata o mišljenjima i gledištima zaposlenika poduzeća AdScanner d.o.o. o primijenjenoj organizacijskoj strukturi, prikupljenih kroz distribuirani upitnik. Završni dio rada donosi zaključke o provedenom istraživanju, uključujući glavne odrednice organizacijske strukture primijenjene u poduzeću AdScanner d.o.o.
