Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to analyze what students think about government institutions and how much they trust their work. In order to understand students’ way of thinking, both theoretical and empirical research is conducted. Those results are then compared with the results of empirical research about what the boomer generation thinks about the same phenomenon. As the world becomes more connected and globalized, there is a need for a neutral area and similar norms that different nations will follow to cooperate with one another, and international cooperation is crucial for the general development of the overall world economy. The research has shown that knowledge about government organizations is scarce when it comes to people younger than 30 and that the boomer generation is much more critical. The span of their data is wider, hence their conclusion is different. Moreover, the problem occurs when people generally know little or nothing about the topic because it is inaccurate to make a conclusion, based on critical thinking if one’s information is insufficient and limited.
