Abstract
Ovaj završni rad prikazuje značaj i važnost stvaranja konkurentske prednosti kao i samog konkurentskog položaja na tržištu. Putem prikaza konkurentnosti na primjeru poduzeća Rimac grupe d.o.o., detaljnije se ulazi u samu srž njihovog međusobnog odnosa. Kroz rad se najprije objašnjava i prikazuje pojam konkurentnosti i njegove odrednice kao i vrste, zatim se prikazuje Hrvatska konkurentnost u odnosu na ostale države te se onda prelazi na praktični primjer Rimac grupe d.o.o., gdje je definirana njihova djelatnosti te konkurentski položaj i njegov utjecaj na poslovanje kompanije. Važnost automobilske industrije kroz godine postaje nemjerljiva što ukazuje na krucijalni značaj korištenja i ulaganja upravo u održavanje i unaprjeđenje takve industrije. Kroz rad se također analizira utjecaj konkurentske prednosti i koliko je ona bitna za samo osnivanje poduzeća. Na kraju završnog rada prikazano je nekoliko prijedloga za unaprjeđenje konkurentnosti na primjeru Rimac grupe d.o.o.
Abstract (english)
This final paper shows the importance and significance of creating a competitive advantage as well as the competitive postion in the market. By presenting competitiveness on the example of the company Rimac group, we get to the very core of their mutual relationship in more detail. The paper first explains and presents the concept of competitiveness and its determinants and types, then presents Croatian competitiveness in relation to other countries and then moves on to the practical example of Rimac Group, which defines their activities and competitive position and its impact on business companies. The importance of the automotive industry over the years becomes immeasurable, which indicates the crucial importance of using and investing in the maintenance and improvement of such an industry. The paper also analyzes the impact of competitive advantage and how important it is for the establishment of a company. At the end of the final paper, several proposals for improving competitiveness are presented on the example of Rimac Group.
