Abstract
Ovim radom napravljena je detaljna analiza pojma konkurentnosti poduzeća sa osvrtom na poduzeće Tesla Motors na međunarodnom tržištu. Automobilska industrija je iznimno kompetitivna i svaka prednost koju jedno poduzeće može stvoriti je vrlo bitna za njen opstanak. Tesla Motors je krenula kao malena i beznačajna tvrtka te je u kratkom vremenu postala jedna od najvrjednijih u svijetu putem inovacija, domišljatih ideja i novih načina pristupa određenim problemima. U ovome radu predstaviti ćemo neke ideje i objasniti na koji točno način su omogućile Tesli tako brz napredak u odnosu na konkurenciju.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, a detailed analysis of the concept of company competitiveness was made with reference to the company Tesla Motors on the international market. The automotive industry is extremely competitive and every advantage that a company can create is crucial for its survival. Tesla Motors started as a small and insignificant company and in a short amount of time became one of the most valuable companies in the world through innovation, ingenious ideas and new ways of approaching certain problems. In this paper, we will present some ideas and explain exactly how they enabled Tesla to stay ahead of it's competition.
