Abstract
Problematika na području grijanja i hlađenja aktualna je u Republici Hrvatskoj gdje dolazi naročito do izražaja u većim gradovima koji za opskrbu grijanjem i djelomično hlađenjem koriste sustave toplinarstva koji su zastarjeli te imaju značajne energetske gubitke. Iznimka nije niti sustav toplinarstva u Gradu Rijeci. U Rijeci sustavom toplinarstva, na temelju koncesije, upravlja društvo Energo d.o.o. u većinskom vlasništvu Grada Rijeke. Sustav je toplinarstva zastario te ima značajne energetske gubitke što upućuje na nužnu modernizaciju kako bi mogao funkcionirati na suvremenim tehnologijama koje naglasak naročito stavljaju na zaštitu okoliša. U ovom je radu prikazan i obrađen jedan od mogućih modela modernizacije sustava toplinarstva u Rijeci pri čemu su u obzir uzete tehničke karakteristike sustava, mogućnost obnove sustava kao i dostupni izvori financiranja vlastitim i bespovratnim sredstvima, vodeći računa o ekonomskim i financijskim pokazateljima kako bi se osigurala dugoročna održivost sustava toplinarstva u Rijeci.
Abstract (english)
There is a current problem with the district heating in Croatia. The problem is especially pronounced in larger cities that use heating systems that are outdated and have significant energy losses for the supply of heating and partial cooling. The district heating system in the City of Rijeka is no exception. In Rijeka, the district heating system, based on a concession, is managed by Energo d.o.o. in majority ownership of the City of Rijeka. The district heating system is obsolete and has significant energy losses, which indicates the necessary modernization to be able to operate on modern technologies that place special emphasis on environmental protection. This paper presents and discusses one of the possible models of modernization of the heating system in Rijeka, considering the technical characteristics of the system, the possibility of renovating the system and available sources of financing with own and grants, considering economic and financial indicators to ensure long-term sustainability of the heating system in Rijeka.
