Abstract
Content of this bachelor thesis is about motivation of employees and effectiveness in job performance. Motivation is important factor that is usually connected to certain goals. In order to achieve goals motivation and satisfaction of employees are crucial to have successful and effective job performance. Management has big influence on employees and important task of motivating employees to improve job performance. Nowadays, employees are considered the most important resource of the company, hence providing tools and techniques to motivate and satisfy employees needs give companies room for progress. In first part emphasis in this paper is on the theoretical part regarding motivation theories and techniques, while in second part emphasis is on examples from domestic and foreign companies.
