Abstract
U ovom završnom radu je analizirana strategija koju je Nike implementirao kako bi postigao uspješnu ekspanziju na globalnim tržištima. Poseban naglasak stavljen je na različite pristupe marketinškim strategijama, proizvodnim procesima, upravljanju lancem opskrbe te usmjerene politike ljudskih resursa, kao ključne elemente koji oblikuju poslovnu izvedbu kompanije. U sklopu rada je istražen utjecaj globalizacije na operativni okvir kompanije te su analizirani tržišni trendovi koji trenutno utječu na njeno poslovanje. U sklopu rada su analizirane inovacije kao ključni faktor diferencijacije proizvoda i usluga Nikea u odnosu na konkurente te istražuje kako su se prilagodili različitim društvenim i ekonomskim uvjetima diljem svijeta. Prikazane su mjere koje je kompanija poduzela kako bi upravljala efikasnim i održivim kanalima distribucije proizvoda na međunarodnoj razini.
Abstract (english)
This final paper analysis the strategy implemented by Nike to achieve successful expansion in global markets. Special emphasis is placed on different approaches to marketing strategies, production processes, supply chain management and targeted human resources policies, as key elements that shape the company's business performance. As part of the work, the impact of globalization on the company's operational framework was investigated, and market trends that currently affect its business were analyzed. As part of the work, innovations were analyzed as a key factor differentiating Nike's products and services compared to competitors, and it explored how they adapted to different social and economic conditions around the world. The measures taken by the company in order to manage efficient and sustainable product distribution channels at the international level are presented.
