Abstract
Digitalna transformacija u posljednjem je desetljeću znatno promijenila svijet i uvela nova pravila u poslovanje svih poduzeća, pa tako i banaka. Danas banke, zahvaljujući tehnološkim inovacijama, posluju nikad brže i jednostavnije. U ovom završnom radu posebna pozornost stavljena je na Erste banku kao jednu od vodećih banaka u Republici Hrvatskoj. Erste&Steiermärkische Bank d.d veliku važnost pridaje željama i potrebama svojih klijenata i nastoji im pružiti kvalitetne i inovativne usluge. Kontinuirani rad na digitalizaciji poslovanja prepoznali su i klijenti, stoga broj digitalnih korisnika usluga Erste banke raste iz godine u godinu.
Abstract (english)
Digital transformation has significantly reshaped the world and introduced new rules to the business landscape of all industries, including banking. In the past decade, technological innovations have enabled banks to operate faster and more efficiently than ever before. This final paper focuses specifically on Erste Bank, one of the leading banks in the Republic of Croatia. Erste&Steiermärkische Bank d.d. places great importance on understanding the desires and needs of its clients, striving to provide them with highquality and innovative services. Their continuous efforts towards digitalization have been recognized by clients, leading to a steady growth in the number of digital users of Erste Bank's services year after year.
