Abstract | In order to gauge customer satisfaction with the content, usability, and general usefulness
of digital streaming services, this thesis investigated how Croatian consumers perceive
these services. The research, which was influenced by the Technology Acceptance Model
(TAM), looked at a market that has grown quickly and prompted concerns about market
saturation. According to the study, Croatian consumers now regularly use digital
streaming platforms since they are convenient and offer a variety of material. Changes in
customer tastes, technical developments, and expanded access to high-speed internet are
all responsible for the industry's expansion. The study examined how customers make
decisions and found that elements like cost, user interface, and suggestions from family
and friends had an impact on the platforms they choose. It stressed how crucial it is to
offer a personalized and pleasurable user experience in order to draw in new clients and
keep existing ones. The majority of Croatian customers actively utilize streaming
services, and an empirical study confirmed that they are happy with the offerings. The
research topic of customer satisfaction with content, user experience, ease of use, and
usefulness was satisfactory. Although the results showed general satisfaction, the
streaming service industry still has room for growth in several areas, such as content
discovery, customization algorithms, and price. These upgrades can reduce consumer
complaints about excessive prices while also improving customer satisfaction. This
research advances knowledge about Croatian consumers' opinions on digital streaming
services. For streaming service providers, content producers, and legislators, the
knowledge acquired will be useful in enhancing user experiences and advancing the
business. |
