Abstract | Društveno odgovorno poslovanje (DOP) je jedan od temeljnih aspekata poslovanja suvremenih organizacija jer se fokusira na ostvarivanje pozitivnog utjecaja na društvo kroz upravljanje poslovnim procesima. To podrazumijeva poštivanje etičkih, ekoloških, pravnih, javnih i trgovačkih standarda. Koncept društvene odgovornosti ima dugu povijest koja seže do antičkog doba, kada se trgovina razvijala uz zaštitu prirodnih resursa. Archie Carroll je razvio piramidu društvene odgovornosti koja se sastoji od četiri komponente: ekonomske, pravne, etičke i dobrotvorne odgovornosti. Davidov model korporacijske društvene odgovornosti pruža uvid u modele i teorije društveno odgovornog poslovanja. Također postoje standardi, kao što je ISO 26000:2010, koji se odnose na društvenu odgovornost poduzeća.
U Hrvatskoj su početci razvoja DOP-a zabilježeni osnivanjem Hrvatskog poslovnog savjeta za održivi razvoj, osnovanog 1997. godine.

Abstract (english) | Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a business concept for modern organizations as it focuses on achieving a positive impact on society through managing business processes. This involves complying with ethical, environmental, legal, public, and commercial standards. The concept of social responsibility has a long history, originating in ancient times when trade was developed with the protection of natural resources in mind. Archie Carroll developed the pyramid of social responsibility, which consists of four components: economic, legal, ethical, and philanthropic responsibilities. Davis's model of social responsibility is summarized in five key concepts or proposals that drive socially responsible behavior in companies. There is a strong emphasis on the ISO 26000 standard, which relates to transparency, ethics, respect for human rights, environmental protection, and contributing to the development of the community in which the business operates.
In Croatia, the beginnings of CSR development were marked by the establishment of the Croatian Business Council for Sustainable Development, founded in 1997.
Apple Inc. is one of the largest manufacturers of smartphones and electronic devices, and by recognizing and implementing social responsibility, it represents a key strategy that enables the creation of positive relationships both within and outside the business environment. |
