Abstract | This master thesis investigates the development and implementation of an information system, using Valamar Riviera d.d. as a case study. Through a comprehensive analysis, the research examines the processes involved in conceptualizing, designing, and deploying an information system within the organizational context of a company. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, including qualitative and quantitative analyses, to explore the challenges, strategies, and outcomes associated with the development and integration of the information system. Specifically, the research includes insights from employees across various sectors within the company, including Finance and Accounting, Digitalization, Sales and Management, and Valamar Call Center, obtained through a structured questionnaire. By evaluating the impact of the information system on organizational efficiency, decision-making processes, and overall business performance, this study contributes to a deeper understanding of information system development and its implications for organizational success. |
