Abstract
Završni rad Konkurentnost na primjeru poduzeća Porsche propitkuje ulogu konkurentnosti i inovativnosti u današnjoj autoindustriji. Ovaj rad se fokusira na analizu poduzeća Porsche kao proizvođača sportskih automobila te istražuje njihovu inovativnost i konkurentnost na globalnom tržištu i propitkuje njihove najveće konkurente u auto industriji tako da uspoređuje razne statističke podatke. Cilj istraživanja je ustanoviti kako poduzeće Porsche podiže razinu svoje konkurentnosti na lokalnom i inozemnom tržištu, te na koji način su inovacije doprinijele njegovom uspjehu na globalnoj razini. Osim toga, analizirat će se tržišna pozicija poduzeća Porsche u usporedbi s njegovim konkurentima, kao i razlozi zbog kojih je Porsche stekao izuzetnu popularnost i ugled među potrošačima u automobilskoj industriji. Na kraju rada bit će predstavljene različite strategije za unapređenje poslovanja poduzeća Porsche.
Abstract (english)
The thesis "Competitiveness on Example of Porsche Company" questions the role of competitiveness and innovation in today's automotive industry. This paper focuses on analyzing Porsche as a manufacturer of sports cars, exploring its innovation and competitiveness in the global market, and scrutinizing its major competitors in the auto industry by comparing various statistical data. The research aims to determine how Porsche enhances its competitiveness in both local and international markets, then examines how innovations have contributed to its success on a global scale. Additionally, the market position of the company Porsche will be analyzed in comparison to its competitors, as well as the reasons why Porsche has gained exceptional popularity and reputation among consumers in the automotive industry. At the end of the paper, various strategies for improving the business operations of the company Porsche will be presented.
