Abstract
Kraš prehrambena industrija d.d. je jedno od najvećih poduzeća prehrambene industrije u Republici Hrvatskoj, te lider na tržištu konditorskih proizvoda jugoistočne Europe. Djeluje od 1911. godine, a zahvaljujući implementaciji standarda kvalitete u svoje proizvode zadržao je konkurentsku sposobnost tijekom više od jednog stoljeća. Imajući na umu veličinu domaćeg tržišta, rast i razvoj poduzeća moguć je samo uz izvoznu orijentaciju. Svjesno te činjenice, poduzeće je fokusirano na izvozni potencijal i postizanje konkurentnosti na inozemnom tržištu. Bogato iskustvo kombinira se sa suvremenim trendovima. Strateško opredjeljenje Kraša d.d. je povećanje prodaje na inozemnim tržištima, pa je glavni cilj zadržavanje pozicije na domaćem tržištu i povećanje izvoza u ukupnom obujmu prodaje. To je ujedno u skladu s definiranom vizijom i misijom poduzeća. Primjenom metoda strateškog kontrolinga stvaraju se preduvjeti postizanja zacrtanih ciljeva. Kraš d.d. svojim poslovnim rezultatima značajno pridonosi konkurentnosti hrvatske konditorske, ali i cjelokupne prehrambene industrije na tržištu jugoistočne Europe.
Abstract (english)
Kraš food industry d.d. is one of the largest food companies in the Republic of Croatia and the leader in confectionery products in South East Europe. It has been operating since 1911 and thanks to the implementation of quality standards in its products has maintained its competitive ability for more than a century. Bearing in mind the size of the domestic market, growth and development of the company is possible only with export orientation. Knowing these facts, the company focuses on export potential and achievement of competitiveness on the foreign market. Rich experience combines with modern trends. Strong Commitment Kraši d.d. is a rise in sales in foreign markets, so its main goal is to maintain its position on the domestic market and increase exports in total sales volume. It is also in line with the vision and business of the company. By applying the method of strategic supervision, the preconditions for achieving the set goals are created. Kraš d.d. its business results significantly contribute to the competitiveness of the Croatian confectionery industry as well as the entire food industry in the South East Europe market
