Abstract | Danas kvaliteta sve više postaje kljuĉ uspjeha poduzeća, pa su se usporedno s porastom
znaĉaja kvalitete razvili i razni sustavi upravljanja kvalitetom ĉiji je zadatak osigurati
uspješno ostvarenje ciljeva kvalitete poduzeća. Sustav upravljanja kvalitetom koji se
primjenjuje u poduzeću Ceste Šibenik d.o.o, na ĉijem primjeru je provedeno istraţivanje,
temelji se na zahtjevima norme ISO 9001:2008. Navedeni sustav kvalitete podrazumijeva
participaciju svih zaposlenih, tj. svi zaposlenici bi u odreĊenoj mjeri trebali sudjelovati u
provedbi sustava, na naĉin da poznaju svoje uloge, aktivnosti i odgovornosti. Stoga je ovo
istraţivanje usmjereno upravo na zaposlenike. Istraţivanjem su obuhvaćeni svi zaposlenici
poduzeća Ceste Šibenik d.o.o., a cilj istraţivanja je utvrditi postoji li razlika u stavovima
izmeĊu razliĉitih skupina zaposlenika. Stavovi zaposlenika prema navedenom sustavu i
uĉincima koje taj sustav ima na poslovanje poduzeća prikupljeni su pomoću anketnog
upitnika. Obradom podataka prikupljenih anketom došlo se do zakljuĉka da menadţeri imaju
bolje mišljenje glede ostvarenih poboljšanja uvoĊenjem ISO sustava nego izvršni radnici.
TakoĊer, zaposlenici s višim stupnjem obrazovanja u većoj mjeri percipiraju pozitivne uĉinke
sustava upravljanja kvalitetom u odnosu na nekvalificirane zaposlenike. S obzirom na dob i
godine radnog staţa zaposlenika razlike u stavovima postoje, meĊutim one nisu toliko
izraţene kao kod prethodnih skupina zaposlenika, a prema spolu gotovo da i nema nikakve
razlike u stavovima. Promatrajući podatke o stavovima skupno za sve zaposlenike moţe se
donijeti zakljuĉak da se zaposlenici poduzeća uglavnom slaţu da je uvedeni sustav
upravljanja kvalitetom uĉinkovit. Znaĉajno je poboljšana organizacija posla, efikasnije se
upravlja resursima, smanjeni su troškovi, a kvaliteta radova i usluga se povećala. MeĊutim,
prostora za poboljšanja još uvijek ima, ponajprije na podruĉju razvoja svijesti o vaţnosti
kvalitete za uspjeh poduzeća te poticanja i poboljšavanja interne komunikacije u poduzeću. |
Abstract (english) | Today quality is increasingly becoming the key of success for enterprises, so in parallel with
growing importance of quality, various quality managment systems were developed, whose
objective is to ensure successfully achieved quality goals for the enterprise. Quality
managment system that is used in 'Ceste Šibenik d.o.o.', on whose example a research was
made, is based on requirements of ISO 9001:2008 standard. Above mentioned quality system
is implying participation of all employees, i.e. in certain measure, all employees should
participate in the survey, so that they know their roles, activities and responsibilities. So that
makes this survey directed right on the employees. All employees of 'Ceste Šibenik d.o.o.' are
included by the survey, and the goal of survey is to determine whether there is a presence of
difference between attitudes among different groups of employees. Attitudes of employees
toward mentioned system and the impact that particular system has on business activity of the
enterprise, are gathered by the questionnaire. Processing data, collected by the questionnaire,
led to conclusion that managers have better opinion toward implemented upgrades that came
with adoption of ISO system, rather than executive employees. In addition, employees with
higher degree of education have higher perception of the positive impacts of quality
managment system, compared to unqualified employees. According to age and years of
service of employees, differences in attitudes exist, but they are not as expressed as with
previous groups of employees, and according to gender there is almost no difference in
attitudes. Commonly observing data of attitudes for all employees leads to a conlcusion that
employees are mostly agreeing that implemented quality managment system is effective.
Work organization is considerably improved, resources are managed more efficiently, costs
are reduced and quality of labors and services is increased. But, there is still room for
improvements, especially in the fields of raising awarness on importance of quality for
success of the enterprise, and encouraging internal communication in the company. |
