Abstract
Problem istraživanja predstavlja analiziranje procesa upravljanja performansi s teorijskog i praktičnog aspekta, te potvrdu poklapanja prethodno navedenih dijelova. Ciljevi ovoga rada nalažu teorijsku analizu upravljanja performansama, analizu upravljanja performansama na primjeru FINA-e, te ukoliko postoji potvrdu neusklađenosti između teorijskog i praktičnog dijela, kao i sugestije unaprjeđenja. Ovaj rad se bavi važnostima upravljanja i praćenja performansi, s početkom u teorijskoj razradi područja upravljanja performansama koje je detaljnije razrađeno na primjeru Financijske Agencije (FINA). Na temelju provedenog istraživanja utvrđeno je poklapanje između teorijskog i praktičnog dijela. Istraživanje je također potvrdilo mnogobrojne pozitivne učinke u FINA-i nakon uvođenja sustava PRUS.
Abstract (english)
The problem of this research is the theoretical and practical analysis of performance management process, as well as approval of matching previously mentioned parts. The objectives of this paper require theoretical analysis of performance management, analysis of performance management on FINA´s example, and if there is a confirmation of mismatch between theoretical and practical parts suggestions for improvement. This paper tackles the importance of performance management, starting in theoretical base of performance management which is elaborated in depth on FINA´s example. Conducted research confirmed matching between theoretical part and practical part. Furthermore research concluded numerous positive aspects on FINA after implementation of performance management system called PRUS.
