Abstract
Osnovica svakog uspješnog projekta je dobro razraĎen i osmišljen poslovni plan. Dobro pripremljen poslovni plan je pola puta ka uspjehu jer se u njemu prikupljaju ključni elementi za realizaciju poslovanja. Veliku ulogu u stvaranju uspješnog projekta igra i inovativnost poduzetnika. Kombinacija kvalitetnog poduzetnika koji je ambiciozan, uporan, marljiv, konstruktivan i kvalitetno pripremljenog poslovnog plana garantira uspjeh cijelog poduzeća. Na primjeru centra za fizikalnu rehabilitaciju „Inchy“ prikazan je kratki poslovni plan te su stimulirani neki čimbenici poput prihoda ,rashoda i računa dobiti i gubitka. Vidljivo je da centar ostvaruje čisti dobitak u prvoj godini poslovanja i da je sposoban otplatit kredit u dogovorenom roku te je dokazana isplativost otvaranja centra „ Inchy“,
Abstract (english)
The key to every successful project is a well thought business plan. Having a well prepared business plan means that you are half way on the road to success because the plan carries key elements for the realization of a business. The Innovation of an entrepreneur plays a big role when it comes to the success of a business project .The combination of an entrepreneur who is ambitious, hardworking, constructive and having a good quality business plan guarantees the success of the whole business company. In the center for physical therapy „Inchy“ example ,a short business plan is shown and some were stimulated such as income, expenses, profit and lose account. It is obvious that the center accomplished a profit in its first year of business and is able to pay off his bank loan in time, from which „Inchy“ to has proven to be a profitable company.
