Abstract | Osnovni predmet diplomskog rada je utvrditi profitabilnost banaka Splitsko-dalmatinske ţupanije s aspekta ulaganja u obuku zaposlenika banaka. Detaljnom analizom, koja se provela teorijskim i istraţivaĉkim pristupom te je utvrĊen utjecaj obuke na motiviranost zaposlenika.
Temeljni cilj diplomskog rada odnosi se na teorijsko istraţivanje pojma obuke, procesa obuke, metoda obuke, pojma profitabilnosti, pokazatelja profitabilnosti te empirijsko istraţivanje utjecaja obuke zaposlenika na profitabilnost banaka Splitsko-dalmatinske ţupanije. Kako je već utvrĊeno, obuka zaposlenika podrazumijeva obuĉavanje za odreĊenu radnu poziciju ili stjecanje odreĊenih vještina, te je zakljuĉeno da pozitivno djeluje na motivaciju zaposlenika. Profitabilnost banaka je odreĊena mnogim faktorima te se izraĉunava putem financijskih pokazatelja profitabilnosti, da bi se utvrdio utjecaj obuke zaposlenika na profitabilnost korišteni su sljedeći pokazatelji: bruto profitna marţa, trošak po zaposlenom te prihod po zaposlenom.
Banke su financijske institucije koje imaju strogo pravilo o davanju informacije koje se odnose na poslovanje banke vanjskim izvorima, stoga je proveden anketni upitnik koji je anoniman za prikupljanje podataka o obuci zaposlenika u bankama, a podaci za izraĉun pokazatelja koji su prethodno navedeni prikupljeni su putem financijskih izvještaja, iz raĉuna dobiti i gubitka, koji su javno dostupni na internet stranicama banaka.
ProvoĊenjem ankete nad 47 ispitanika dolazi se do podataka potrebnih za analiziranje, na temelju kojih je utvrĊeno da obuka zaposlenika pozitivno djeluje na motivaciju zaposlenika u bankama jer je većina ispitanika ocjenilo vrlo visokom ocjenom obuku zaposlenika na motivaciju. Istraţivanje je pokazalo da ne postoji utjecaj obuke zaposlenika na bruto profitnu marţu, prihod po zaposlenom i trošku po zaposlenom te samim time na profitabilnost. Mnogo je faktora koji utjeĉu na profitabilnost banaka te obuka ĉini mali aspekt utjecaja na profitabilnost da bi bio znaĉajan, promatranje banaka na duţi vremenski period dobio bi se bolji uvid u utjecaj obuke zaposlenika na profitabilnost. |
Abstract (english) | The main subject of this paper is to determine the profitability of Split-Dalmatia County banks from the aspect of investment in training of bank employees. The fundamental goal of the thesis refers to the theoretical research of the idea of training, process training, of training methods, the idea of profitability, indicators of profitability and empirical research of the impact of training employees on the profitability of the banks Split-Dalmatia County. As already established, training employees implies training for a particular position or the acquisition of certain skills, and concluded that it has a positive effect on the motivation of the employees. The profitability of the banks is determined by many factors and is calculated via the financial profitability indicators, to determine the impact of training employees on profitability were used the following indicators: gross profit margin, the cost per employee, and revenue per employee. Banks are financial institutions that have a strict rule on providing information related to the bank's external business, so a survey questionnaire was conducted that was anonymous to collect data on employee training in banks, and the data for the calculation of the above-mentioned indicators were collected through financial from the income statement, which are publicly available on the Bank's website. By conducting a survey of over 47 respondents, data is needed to analyze, based on which employee training has been shown to positively affect the motivation of employees in banks, as most respondents rated a very high rating of employee motivation training. The research has shown that there is no impact on employee training on the gross profit margin, income per employee, and cost per employee, and thus on profitability. There are many factors that affect bank profitability and training makes a small aspect of the impact on profitability to be significant, observing banks on the company over a period of time would gain a better insight into the impact of employee training on profitability. |
