Abstract
Kako se s godinama promijenila struktura, pogledi i opći doživljaji studenata koji redovno studiraju, tako je došlo i do velikih promjena i na studentskom tržištu rada. Čest je slučaj da studenti tijekom redovnog studiranja rade, i to kontinuirano. Stoga je cilj ovog istraživanja bio ispitati poslovnu etiku na studentskom tržištu rada. Kao dionici na takvom tržištu javljaju se Student servis kao posrednik, naručitelj posla kao poslodavac i izvršitelj posla kao student. Na temelju tri pogleda s kojih se mogla promatrati poslovna etika u ovom istraživanju, postavljene hipoteze su i potvrđene. Istraživanje je provedeno putem interneta na nacionalnoj razini na uzorku od 1.147 ispitanika. Negativan kontekst potvrđenih hipoteza zahtjeva konkretne naputke za izmjenu loše unaprijeđenih zakona, pravilnika i sustava. Stoga je u ovom radu na temelju rezultata istraživanja predstavljen model, odnosno konkretne mjere, s kojim bi se unaprijedio cjelokupni sustav studentskog rada. Uz to napisan je kratki osvrt na nacrt prijedloga Zakona o obavljanju studentskih poslova, te osvrt na podudarnost osmišljenih unaprjeđenja od strane autora i unaprjeđenja temeljenih spomenutim zakonom.
Abstract (english)
Given that the structure, the viewpoints and general impressions of full-time students have changed over the years, significant change concerning students’ labour market has arrived. A large number of students constantly works alongside their studies. Therefore, the goal of this study was to examine business ethics on the students’ labour market. Its components include Student Service as a mediator, an employer as a contracting entity, and a student as a worker. Based on three viewpoints from which business ethics could be examined, the hypotheses that have been set have also been confirmed. The research has been executed on a national level via Internet using a sample of 1.147 subjects. Hypotheses that carry negative connotations serve to bring forward relevant instructions on how to change poorly constructed laws, regulations and systems. Consequently, based on results from the research, a model is being introduced, i.e. relevant measures by the help of which the entire system of students’ labour market could be improved. Additionally, a brief overview has been done concerning the Law draft of student job practices, as well as an overview of compatible improvements curated by the author, along with suggestions for improvement of the above-mentioned Law draft.
