Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je utjecaj elektroničke usmene predaje na odabir proizvoda i usluga visoke uključenosti, točnije utjecaj elektroničke usmene predaje u odabiru fakulteta. U radu je najprije opisana usmena predaja, elektronička usmena predaja te proizvodi i usluge visoke uključenosti. Usmena predaja jedan je od najstarijih oblika marketinga kojim ljudi svjesno ili nesvjesno prenose jedni drugima informacije o proizvodima i uslugama. S pojavom interneta sve vaţnija postaje elektronička usmena predaja u vidu komentara i recenzija na društvenim mreţama, forumima, blogovima i sl. Za potrebe ovog rada provedeno je istraţivanje o tome je li i u kojoj mjeri elektronička usmena predaja utjecala na odabir fakulteta. Istraţivanjem je utvrĎeno da je elektronička usmena predaja imala poprilično vaţnu ulogu u odabiru fakulteta, s obzirom da se veliki broj ispitanika informirao o fakultetima na nesluţbenim Facebook stranicama fakulteta i forumima. Ipak, najveći broj ispitanika odgovorio je kako su najkorisnije bile informacije s web stranica fakulteta.
Abstract (english)
The theme of this final essay is the influence of electronic word of mouth on high involvement product and services choice, specifically the influence of electronic word of mouth on college choice. Word of mouth marketing is one of the oldest form of marketing by which people knowingly or unknowingly pass on information about products and services to each other. With the advent of the internet electronic word of mouth became more important because of comments and reviews on social networks, forums and blogs. For the purposes of this final essay a study was conducted about influence of electronic word of mouth on college choice. The study determined that the role of electronic word of mouth in college choice was quite significantly, considering that a large number of respondents searched informations about college on unofficially Facebook pages and forums. Still, the largest number of respondents answered that the most useful informations they found on college website.
