Abstract
Poslovni plan (biznis plan) je dokument koji sadrži sve osnovne elemente koji su od značaja za osnivanje i poslovanje novog ili postojećeg poslovnog pothvata. On pruža realan plan poslovnog pothvata i prikazuje očekivane rezultate. Zbog toga prije upuštanja u novi poslovni pothvat sve treba započeti poslovnim planom. Uz poslovni plan poduzetnici imaju mogućnost uvijek biti korak ispred i unaprijed pronalaziti rješenja za moguće probleme. Dobar poslovni plan pružit će umanjenje rizik ulaganja i povećati izglede za uspjeh. Na tržištu je potrebno pronaći pravu poslovnu priliku i pronaći način kako se razlikovati od stotine drugih na tržištu. U slučaju ovog poslovnog pothvata to su inovativne cipele sa izmjenjivim potpeticama koje imaju potencijal promijeniti svijet žena kakva poznajemo danas. Kroz ovaj rad prikazao se sažeti poslovni plan kojem je cilj bio istražiti isplativost i opravdanost ulaganja na primjer prodaje inovativne ženske obuće s izmjenjivim potpeticama. U radu su prikazan tržišni te tehničko-tehnološki aspekt razvoja ovog novog poslovnog pothvata. Prikazane su projekcije procjene prihoda od poslovanja i troškova. U obzir je uzeta i nabava dugotrajne imovine, amortizacija te plan otplate kredita koji je uzet radit financiranja pothvata. Kroz sažeti poslovni plan došlo se do zaključka da je poslovni pothvat otvaranja inovativnog poduzeća Hi Shoes opravdan te bi se moglo krenuti u posao.
Abstract (english)
Business plan is a document that contains all the basic elements that are vital for starting a company and managing the new or existing venture. It gives a real plan of a business venture and represents expected results. This is the reason why starting a new venture should begin with a business plan. Having a business plan gives entrepreneurs the possibility of being one step ahead and finding solutions for possible difficulties. Business plan offers reduction of an investment risks and increases a chances for success. On the market is necessary to find a good opportunity and find the way how to be different form all the other competitors on the market. In case of this venture, it's sale of innovative shoes with exchangeable heels which has a potential of changing a women world. Concise business plan, whose purpose was explore profitability and validity of investment on the example of innovative women shoes with exchangeable heels, was throughout this thesis. Projections of operations income and costs were enlisted. It was taken into a consideration acquisition of fixed assets, amortization and credit payment plan taken for venture financing. Throughout concise business plan, conclusion was made – business venture is valid and venture should be successful.
