Abstract
Sposobnost da se sve više nauči o učenju, da netko postane „majstor“ učenja, glavni je izazov ovoga vijeka.1 Ljudski resursi su neophodna stavka da bi poduzeće moglo poslovati profitabilno. Sukladno tome velika se važnost stavlja upravo na kadroviranje kao jednu od funkcija menadžmenta. U ovom radu kao glavni predmet kadroviranja uzimamo u obzir obuku i razvoj kadrova. Na koji način se realiziraju, te koje su stavke potrebne da bi došlo do obuke i razvoja objašnjeno je u teorijskom dijelu. Nakon razumijevanja teorijskog dijela navedeni su opći podatci o Boutique hotelu „Villa Andrea“. Praktični dio rada odnosi se na način provođenja obuke i razvoja kadrova u odabranom poduzeću.
Abstract (english)
In the 21st century, tourism has become one of the main sources of income. The number of catering companies is growing, which means that there is more competition. To keep pace with competition or be better, it's necessary to start new trends and invest is business development. One of the most important resources in which to constantly invest in human resources. The main subject of the research was conducting training and staff development at the Boutique Hotel „Villa Andrea“ in Tučepi. It outlines the methods of conducting training, how managers as head of the company, as well as individual employees, can influence their career development. The possibility of concluding that the enterprise in question understood the importance of enterprise growth through human resources to direct which meant time and other resources. By training and available, they have embraced the already engaged employee motivation. Leading to increases in efficiency and effectiveness, which ultimately resulted in profitable business operations.
