Abstract
Tijekom posljednjih nekoliko desetljeća svjedočimo ubrzanom tehnološkom razvoju, snažnijem nego ikad. Pored mnogih promjena koje su uslijedile pod uvjetima globalizacije dogodio se i nagli razvoj bankarskih tehnologija. Razvojem tehnologija bankarski sektor došao je na ideju zasnivanja distribucije novih bankarskih proizvoda i usluga. Financijske su institucije uvele nove proizvode i usluge što je dovelo do povećanja broja korisnika bankarskih usluga. Prelazi se s plaćanja gotovinom i kreditnim karticama na beskontaktno, mobilno i biometrijsko plaćanje. Ubrzani razvoj tehnologije i svakodnevne inovacije stavljaju pred bankare brojne izazove s kojima se trebaju nositi.
Abstract (english)
The last few decades, we have witnessed accelerated tehnological development, more powerful than ever. In addition to the many changes that followed the conditions of globalization, there has been a rapid development of banking tehnologies. The development of banking tehnology has resulted in the establishment of new banking products and services. Financial institutions have introduced new products and services, wich has led to an increase in the number of users of banking services. It is not only paid with cash,but with credit cards, mobile or biometric payments. Bankers have a many challenges to deal with.
