Abstract | Glavni cilj ovog završnog rada bio je prikazivanje važnosti kvalitetnog upravljanja ljudskim resursima u poduzeću u današnjem svijetu. Prvi dio rada obuhvaća uvod u kojem su definirani problemi, ciljevi i metode istraživanja te struktura rada. U drugom dijelu završnog rada definirali smo menadžment ljudskih resursa te smo analizirali ciljeve upravljanja ljudskim resursima i značenje menadžmenta ljudskih resursa. U trećem dijelu rada obrađena je tema s teorijskog aspekta u kojem je naglašena važnost procesa planiranja, regrutiranja, selekcije i uvođenja u posao zaposlenika te su utvrđeni njegovi elementi. U tom dijelu rada analiziran je proces planiranja zaposlenika. Objašnjeni su razlozi, ciljevi, važnosti i vrste procesa planiranja potreba za ljudskim resursima. Također, analizirani su interni i eksterni izvori regrutiranja.Uz planiranje i regrutiranje analizirani je proces selekcije i etape selekcije. Na kraju je još analiziran i proces uvođenja u posao i definirane faze uvođenja u posao. Četvrti dio rada se sastoji od praktičnog primjera i analize procesa planiranja, regrutiranja, selekcije i uvođenja u posao u poduzeću Nautika d.o.o.. Na početku analize prikazane su neke opće informacije o poduzeću Nautika d.o.o. i organizacijska struktura kako bi se što bolje prikazao način upravljanja ljudskim resursima. Nakon toga je objašnjen postupak planiranja u poduzeću Nautika d.o.o., gdje je naglašena glavna strategija za planiranje potreba za ljudskim resursima u poduzeću. Slijedi postupak regrutiranja, gdje su točno definirani svi izvori regrutiranja za poduzeće Nautika d.o.o.. Nakon regrutiranja je proces selekcije. Tu je objašnjen postupak selekcije u poduzeću, te način potpisivanja ugovora za odabrane kandidate. Nakon potpisivanja ugovora za odabrane kandidate slijedi proces uvođenja u posao. U poduzeću Nautika d.o.o. proces uvođenja u posao ima tri faze. Na kraju rada se nalazi zaključak završnog rada u kojem su sagledane pozitivne i negativne strane uprvljanja ljudskim resursima u poduzeću Nautika d.o.o., popis literatura i popis tablica i slika. |
Abstract (english) | The main goal of this final paper was to show the importance of quality human resource management in the company in today's world. The first part of the paper includes an introduction which defines the problems, goals and methods of research and the structure of the paper. In the second part of the final paper, we defined human resource management and analyzed the goals of human resource management and the meaning of human resource management. The third part of the paper deals with the topic from the theoretical aspect, which emphasizes the importance of the process of planning, recruiting, selection and introduction to the work of employees and identifies its elements. In this part of the paper, the employee planning process is analyzed. The reasons, goals, importance and types of the human resources needs planning process are explained. Also, internal and external sources of recruitment were analyzed. In addition to planning and recruitment, the selection process and selection stages were analyzed. Finally, the process of introduction to work and the defined phases of introduction to the job are also analyzed. The fourth part of the paper consists of a practical example and analysis of the process of planning, recruiting, selection and introduction to the company Nautika d.o.o. At the beginning of the analysis, some general information about the company Nautika d.o.o. and an organizational structure to better demonstrate the way human resources are managed. After that, the planning process in the company Nautika d.o.o. was explained, where the main strategy for planning the needs for human resources in the company was emphasized. The recruitment procedure follows, where all sources of recruitment for the company Nautika d.o.o. are precisely defined. After recruitment, there is a selection process. It explains the selection process in the company, and contract signing for selected candidates. After signing the contract for the selected candidates, the induction process follows. In the company Nautika d.o.o. the induction process has three stages. At the end of the paper there is a conclusion of the final paper in which the positive and negative sides of human resource management in the company Nautika d.o.o., a list of references and a list of tables and figures. |
