Abstract
Ovaj završni rad prikazuje sustave za analizu radnog vremena, njihove mogućnosti, karakteristike te način korištenja. Rad se sastoji od ukupno četiri poglavlja, započinje uvodnim dijelom u kojem se opisuje život s tehnologijom i prednosti koje ona pruža. U sljedećem poglavlju opisani su sustavi za analizu radnog vremena, kako funkcioniraju, što sve sadrže i omogućuju zaposlenicima i poslodavcima. Nadalje, opisani su razlozi uvođenja sustava za analizu radnog vremena, te zakonski okvir kojeg se potrebno pridržavati. U idućem poglavlju su opisani dostupni softverski paketi na Hrvatskom tržištu, među kojima su detaljnije opisani Data Link i njihov program Chronos, kojeg su sami osmislili kao sustav za analizu radnog vremena. Zatim Jantar Codeks TA program te njegov način rada i karakteristike. Basys T&A je idući sustav za analizu radnog vremena, te zatim usporedni prikaz svih navedenih sustava po kriterijima koji obuhvaćaju funkcije, cijenu, potrebe zaposlenika, jednostavnost, integraciju te povezanost s aplikacijskim programima. Zaključak je posljednji dio rada. Navedena je sva literatura korištena pri izradi rada i sažetak rada na hrvatskom i engleskom jeziku.
Abstract (english)
This work presents system for the analysis of working hours, their capabilities, characteristics and method of use. The paper consists of a total of four chapters, beginning with an introductory section describing life with technology and the benefits it provides. The next section describes working time analysis system, how they work, what they all contain and enable employees and employers. Furthermore, the reasons for the introduction of the system for the analysis of working hours are described, as well as the legal framework that needs to be adhered to. The next chapter describes the available software packages on the Croatian market, among which are described in more detail, Datab Link and their program Chronos, which they designed as a system for analyzing working hours. The the Jantar Codeks TA program and its mode of operation and characteristics. Basys T&A is the next system for the working hours, and then a comparative presentation of all these system by criteria that include functions, price, employee needs, simplicity, integration and connectivity with application programs. The conclusion is the last part of the paper. All literature used in the preparation of the paper and a summary of the paper in Croatian and English are listed.
