Abstract
U ovom završnom radu objasnit će se važnost upravljanja i planiranja ljudskim resursima te kako to može pozitivno ili negativno utjecati na motivaciju zaposlenika, a time i na poslovni rezultat poduzeća. Ovo je primjer poduzeća koje nije bilo uspješno u planiranju broja zaposlenika, a ni u raspoređivanju njihovog radnog vremena. To je kod zaposlenika utjecalo na osjećaj pritiska i frustracije. Ova funkcija menadžmenta pokazat će se kao veoma složen i zahtjevan proces koji zahtijeva vrijeme i energiju. Naime, ovo poduzeće imalo je problem manjka zaposlenika te se taj problem nije uspješno riješio sve do kraja ljetne sezone. Ovaj rad će dati detaljan prikaz stanja i problema po funkcijama upravljanja ljudskih resursa te prijedloge poboljšanja nastale situacije.
Abstract (english)
This paper will give insight in the importance of human resource management and planning. Also, it will show how it can positively or negatively affect employee motivation and thus business results. This is an example of a company that has not been successful in planning the number of employees, nor in scheduling their working hours. Because of that, employees were feeling frustrated. This function of management will prove to be a very complex and demanding process that requires time and energy. Moreover, this company had a problem of lack of employees and this problem was not successfully solved until the end of the summer season. This paper will give a detailed overview of the situation and problems by human resource management functions and suggestions for improving the situation.
