Abstract
Ljudski potencijali su živi dio svake organizacije te su neophodni faktor da bi poduzeće moglo poslovati efikasno, stoga je važno naglasiti aktivnosti planiranja i kadroviranja kao funkcija menadžmenta. Na primjeru hotelskog poduzeća opisani su procesi planiranja, kadroviranja, obuke ljudskih potencijala. Navedeni procesi su opisani u praktičnom dijelu rada.
Abstract (english)
Human resources are a living part of any organization and are a necessary factor for the company to operate efficiently, so it is important to emphasize planning and personnel activities as a function of management. The example of a hotel company describes the processes of planning, personneling, human resources training. These processes are described in the practical part of the work.
