Abstract
Hotelska organizacijska struktura je sveobuhvatan plan od hotela vlasnika definirati odjela aktivnosti i odgovornosti. Ova struktura uvodi red u sve aspekte hotelskog poslovanja, od recepcije i usluge u sobama do odjela za ljudske resurse. Uobičajena metoda predstavljanja strukture različitih ljudi koji rade u raznim odjelima u hotelu naziva se organizacijska karta hotela. Organizacijske strukture odnose se na hijerarhijski raspored različitih položaja u hotelu. U većim hotelima obično ima nekoliko pomoćnika menadžera, kao što je i u hotelu Salona Palace Solin. Svaki menadžer je zadužen za svoj odjel hotela. Odgovornosti mogu uključivati određivanje rasporeda rada, rješavanje pritužbi pokrovitelja i osiguravanje dobrog organiziranja hotelskih događaja. Pomoćnik upravitelja također može preuzeti ulogu generalnog direktora ako je generalni direktor bolestan, odlazi na godišnji odmor ili je na drugi način nedostupan.
Abstract (english)
The hotel's organizational structure is a comprehensive plan from the hotel owner to define the department's activities and responsibilities. This structure brings order to all aspects of the hotel business, from reception and room service to the human resources department. A common method of presenting the structure of different people working in different departments in a hotel is called a hotel organizational chart. Organizational structures refer to the hierarchical arrangement of different positions in a hotel. Larger hotels usually have several assistant managers, such as the Salona Palace Solin. Each manager is in charge of their own hotel department. Responsibilities may include scheduling work, resolving sponsor complaints, and ensuring that hotel events are well organized. The Assistant Manager may also take on the role of Director-General if the Director-General is ill, going on holiday or otherwise unavailable.
