Abstract
Problem istraživanja u ovom radu obuhvaća utvrđivanje mišljenja i percepcije ispitanika o web stranicama u bankarstvu. Sukladno tome, cilj je bio ispitati percepciju potrošača o kvaliteti različitih elemenata web stranice banke te kako iste utječu na njihovo ponašanje. Rad se sastoji od teorijskog i praktičnog dijela. Provedena je online anketa u kojoj je sudjelovao 131 ispitanik. Rezultati istraživanja su pokazala kako su ispitanici zadovoljni jasnoćom web stranice njihove glavne banke, dok povjerenje u istu za njih nema veliki značaj. Također se vidi da su web stranice banke korisne te upotrebljavanje, ali u nedovoljnoj mjeri. Na kraju rada daje se uvid u zaključna razmatranja, ograničenja rada, kao i prijedloge budućeg istraživačkog djelovanja.
Abstract (english)
The research problem in this paper involves determining the opinions and perceptions of respondents about websites in banking. Accordingly, the aim was to examine consumers' perceptions of the quality of various elements of the bank's website and how they affect their behavior. The paper consists of a theoretical and a practical part. An online survey was conducted in which 131 respondents participated. The results of the survey showed that respondents are satisfied with the clarity of their main bank's website, while trust in it is not of great importance to them. It can also be seen that the bank's website is useful and used, but to an insufficient extent. At the end of the paper, an insight into the concluding considerations, limitations of the work as well as proposals for future research activities is given.
