Abstract | Internet je globalna mreža koja se koristi za razmjenu velike količine informacija. Nastankom World Wide Weba dolazi do predstavljanja tvrtki putem Interneta, koje osim prezentacija, nude i proizvode i usluge. Tim predstavljanjem, tvrtke dolaze korak bliže potencijalnim kupcima koji koriste Internet u svakodnevnom životu. Internet ima veliki broj i prednosti i nedostataka, a najvažnije prednosti su jednostavna komunikacija, dostupnost informacija, jednostavnost korištenja i povezivanja ljudi, ušteda vremena i ušteda troškova. Najznačajniji nedostaci su netočnost informacija, nesigurnost mrežne linije, nedovoljna brzina povratnih informacija, nedostatak socijalnog kontakta i neopipljivost proizvoda. Informacije se na Internetu mogu prikupiti na razne načine, od kojih su u ovom radu istaknuti: web stranice, društvene mreže (najpopularnije su Facebook, Instagram, YouTube i Twitter), forumi i blogovi. Osim navedenih, korisnici Interneta do informacija mogu dolaziti i putem komentara na web stranicama, recenzija, i FAQ, tj. često postavljenih pitanja. Na kraju rada je provedeno istraživanje koje svojim rezultatima ukazuje na to da se Internet često koristi u svrhe pronalaženja informacija, tj. da ima veliku važnost u procesu donošenja odluke o kupnji. |
Abstract (english) | The Internet is a global network which is used for exchanging big amounts of information. With the appearance of the World Wide Web, companies began to use the Internet to present themselves, as well as their products and services. With their presentations, the companies get one step closer to their potential buyers that use Internet in their day to day life. The Internet has a lot of advantages and disadvantages, the most important advantages being easy communication, availability of information, simple ways of using it and connecting people, saving time and saving people and companies from any unnecessary costs. However, the biggest disadvantages are the inaccuracy of information, insecurity of network lines, insufficient speed of feedback, lack of social contact and intangibility of products. The information on the Internet can be acquired in a number of ways, the most prominent ones being: web sites, social media (the most popular ones are Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter), forums and blogs. In addition, Internet users can get access to information through comments on web sites, reviews and FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions). At the end of this paper a survey was conducted that, with its results, indicates that the Internet is frequently used in the process of finding information, that is, that it has a great importance in decision making regarding purcases. |
