The topic of this paper is the strategic analysis of the company Cemex Hrvatska d.d. The theoretical part of the paper explains the concepts of strategy, strategic management and environment. The company's strategy defines its mission, vision and goal, ie its direction of action. The strategy must be flexible in order to be able to adapt to changes in the company's environment. Strategic management is a process in which the goal is to ensure that the company can adequately respond to changes in the environment. It consists of five phases that are repeated cyclically: environmental analysis, setting organizational guidelines, building and implementing strategies, and monitoring and evaluation of existing strategies. The company's environment is divided into internal and external. The internal environment is influenced by the company, and the external environment includes parts outside the company and are divided into general or social environment, business environment or environmental task. Facility environments are equally important to a business. The strategic analysis was conducted on the example of the company Cemex Hrvatska d.d. First, general data on the company and its business are given, followed by general or social environment scanning, vulnerability analysis and assessment, technology analysis and assessment, business environment scanning, competition analysis, analysis of companies interested in SWOT analysis.
