Abstract
Turizam, koji se neprestano razvija, generira mnoge negativne učinke na destinacijski sustav. S tim u vezi, javlja se potreba za promjenom kako ne bi došlo do njegovog trajnog narušavanja. Posljednjih trideset godina koncept održivog turizma nametnuo se kao dominantna paradigma razvoja. Jedan od ključnih aspekata održivog razvoja je odgovorno ponašanje aktera u sustavu. Cilj ovog rada je detaljnije objasniti koncept pro-okolišnog ponašanja (POP) ljudi i načine na koje ga je moguće potaknuti s ciljem minimiziranja dugoročno negativnih učinaka razvoja turizma koji su povezani s aktivnostima posjetitelja. Analiza ukazuje da su tijekom vremena istraživani čimbenici koji djeluju na ljudsko ponašanje, primjerice društvene norme i altruističke vrijednosti, psihološke varijable, motivi poznati kao okviri ciljeva i sl. Rezultati ovog istraživanja pokazali su da POP ima ključnu ulogu u izgradnji dugoročno održive turističke destinacije. Proučavanje čimbenika POP-a presudan je faktor budućeg razvoja u stvaranju strategija i kreiranju politika.
Abstract (english)
Tourism, which is constantly evolving, generates many negative effects on the destination system. In this regard, there is a need for change in order to avoid its permanent disruption. In the last thirty years, the concept of sustainable tourism has imposed itself as the dominant paradigm of development. One of the key aspects of sustainable development is the responsible behavior of actors in the system. The aim of this paper is to explain in more detail the concept of pro-environmental behavior (POP) of people and the ways in which it can be encouraged in order to minimize the long-term negative effects of tourism development associated with visitor activities.The analysis indicates that factors influencing human behavior have been researched over time, such as social norms and altruistic values, psychological variables, motives known as goal frameworks, etc. The results of this research have shown that POP plays 47 a key role in building long-term sustainable tourist destinations. The study of POP factors is a crucial factor for future developments in making strategies and policies.
