Abstract
Motivacija je ključni aspekt svake organizacije. Gdje zaposlenici nisu motivirani, nema zadovoljstva poslom a to vodi ka smanjenoj produktivnosti. Motivacija se bavi istraživanjem ljudske naravi i pokreće nas prema određenom cilju. U prvom djelu rada teorijski je objašnjeno što je motivacija, a što zadovoljstvo i koje to teorije motivacije postoje. Sadržajne teorijske motivacije usredotočuju se na analizu značenja osobnih potreba za ponašanjem na poslu, a procesne teorijske motivacije su psihološki procesi koji motiviraju pojedince da djeluju na određeni način. U drugom djelu rada analizira se poduzeće Helen Doron, općenito o poduzeću, kako motivirati zaposlenike i analizirati anketu te dolazi do zaključka koji čimbenici lošiju i bolje utječu na ispitanikovu želju za rad.
Abstract (english)
Motivation is a key aspect of any organization. Where employees are not motivated, there is no job satisfaction and this leads to reduced productivity. Motivation deals with the exploration of human nature and moves us towards a specific goal. The first part of the paper theoretically explains what motivation is and what satisfaction is and what theories of motivation exist. Content theoretical motivations focus on analyzing the meaning of personal needs for behavior at work, and process theoretical motivations are psychological processes that motivate individuals to act in a certain way. The second part of the paper analyzes the company Helen Doron, in general about the company, how to motivate employees and analyze the survey and comes to the conclusion that the factors worse and better affect the respondent's desire to work.
