Abstract
Zaštita na radu obveza je svakog poslodavca u Republici Hrvatskoj, Zakonom o zaštiti na radu utvrđene su osnovne obveze koje poslodavac treba ispuniti vezano uz područje zaštite zdravlja i sigurnosti radnika. Također, u cilju uspješnog provođenja iste zaposlenici su dužni poznavati sve apekte svog radnog mjesta i opasnosti koje im ono pruža te kako reagirati u slučaju iznenadne opasnosti, za što im poslodavac mora omogućiti valjanu obuku prije početka obavljanja posla. Iako su zakoni, pravila i propisi na ovom području izrazito detaljni mora se uzeti u obzir da je svako radno mjesto i okruženje specifično te zahtijeva dodatnu analizu i provođenje dodatnih mjera zaštite. Navedeno je prikaano na primjeru poduzeća Omial d.o.o., gdje je su analizirane zabilježene ozljede na radu uprkos provođenju svih propisa. Upravo iz tog raloga, nakon kritičke analize i ocjene trenutnog stanja iznesen je prijedlog kojim postupkom bi se mogla unaprijediti postojeća zaštita na radu.
Abstract (english)
Occupational at work is the obligation of every employer in the Republic of Croatia, the Occupational Safety and Health Act determines the basic obligations that the employer must fulfill in relation to the field of protection of health and safety of workers. Also, in order to successfully implement the same, employees are required to know all aspects of their workplace and the dangers it provides to them and how to react in the event of a sudden danger, for which the employer must provide them with valid training before they start working. Although the laws, rules and regulations in this area are extremely detailed, it must be taken into account that each workplace and environment is specific and requires additional analysis and implementation of additional protection measures. This is shown on the example of the company Omial d.o.o., where the recorded injuries at work were recorded despite the implementation of all regulations. Precisely for this reason, after a critical analysis and assessment of the current situation, a proposal was made by which procedure the existing safety at work could be improved.
