Abstract
Iako je područje djelovanja internih revizora veoma kompleksno, nužno je da se oni neprestano educiraju kako bi bili sposobni pratiti sve promjene i trendove u današnjem poslovanju. U svom radu koriste informatičke i informacijske tehnologije, pa je jasno da vrlo dobro razumiju i opasnosti koje vrebaju u tom području. Stoga, interni revizori moraju mnogo ulagati u kibernetičku sigurnost svog poduzeća kako bi očuvali poslovanje,bitne poslovne podatke i informacije i svoje zaposlenike. Kibernetička sigurnost je definitivno veliki izazov 21. stoljeća te će biti potrebno još puno rada u svim djelatnostima kako bi se ovaj izazov umanjio na prihvatljivu razinu ili pokušao što više kontrolirati.
Abstract (english)
Although the field of activity of internal auditors is very complex, it is necessary that they are constantly educated in order to be able to monitor all changes and trends in today's business. They use information and information technologies in their work, so it is clear that they understand very well the dangers lurking in this area. Therefore, internal auditors need to invest heavily in their company’s cyber security to preserve their business, essential business data and information, and their employees. Cyber security is definitely a big challenge of the 21st century and it will take a lot of work in all industries to reduce this challenge to an acceptable level or try to control it as much as possible.
