Abstract
Danas je etika u poslovanju jedan od važnijih faktora. Svaki poslodavac u današnjem modernom poslovnom svijetu trebao bi svoje zaposlenike naučiti kako prepoznati etičke probleme te kako ih riješiti. Također, etiku bi trebalo implementirati u samo upravljanje poduzećem i graditi međusobne etički prihvatljive odnose sa kolegama, dobavljačima, zajednicom i svim ostalim dionicima. U brzoj modi današnjice, etika je veliki problem. Masovna proizvodnja odjeće, često od nekvalitetnih materijala, koja je cjenovno prihvatljiva širim masama, često je pod etičkim upitnikom. Uz to, čest je slučaj da u takvim tvornicama radnici rade u neprihvatljivim uvjetima, za vrlo niske plaće, a nerijetko su, posebno u zemljama Trećeg svijeta, u takvu proizvodnju uključena i djeca i maloljetnici, čime se krše temeljna ljudska prava. Pritisak poduzeća koja se bave brzom modom danas je sve veći. Brza prodaja i distribucija na tržište odjeće brze, kao i konkurencija, iziskuju i uštede u drugim sektorima modne industrije, a to najčešće najviše osjete upravo zaposlenici.
Abstract (english)
Today, business ethics is one of the most important factors. Every employer in today’s modern business world should teach their employees how to recognize ethical issues and how to solve them. Also, ethics should be implemented in the very management of the company and build mutually ethically acceptable relationships with colleagues, suppliers, the community and all other stakeholders. In today’s fast fashion, ethics is a big issue. Mass production of clothing, often from low-quality materials, which is an affordable width of the masses, is often under ethical questionnaire. In addition, it is often the case that in such factories workers work in unacceptable conditions, for very low wages, and often, especially in Third World countries, children and minors are involved in such production, thus violating fundamental human rights. The pressure from fast fashion companies is growing today. Fast sales and distribution on the fast clothing market, as well as competition, require savings in other sectors of the fashion industry, and this is most often felt by employees.
