Abstract
Ovaj rad analizira utjecaje i posljedice pojave pandemije virusa COVID-19 na svjetsko gospodarstvo, globalni te hrvatski turizam s naglaskom na turizam Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije. U prvom poglavlju rada predstavljeni su problem istraživanja, ciljevi rada, metode korištene u pisanju te je obrazložena struktura rada. U drugom poglavlju iznesene su neke poznate činjenice o bolesti COVID-19, opisan je razvoj bolesti u pandemiju te je analiziran utjecaj bolesti na svjetsko gospodarstvo. Treće poglavlje donosi analizu učinaka bolesti COVID-19 na svjetsko gospodarstvo promatrajući prvo razdoblje prije pojave pandemije, zatim pandemijsko razdoblje te su iznesena neka propitivanja vezana uz budućnost razvoja turizma. Osim toga, u spomenutom poglavlju su predstavljeni i učinci pandemije na hrvatsko gospodarstvo i turizam. U četvrtom poglavlju naglasak je stavljen na turizam Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije te su u njemu prikazani turistički učinci u pretpandemijskom i pandemijskom razdoblju, kao i preporuke i procjene za budućnost. Na samom kraju nalazi se zaključak rada u kojem su sve relevantne informacije smisleno sintetizirane.
Abstract (english)
This paper analyzes the impacts and consequences of the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic on the world economy, global and Croatian tourism with an emphasis on the tourism of the Dubrovnik-Neretva County. In the first chapter of this paper, the research problem, the goals of the work, the methods used in writing are presented, and the structure of the paper is explained. In the second chapter, some known facts about the COVID-19 disease are presented, the development of the disease into a pandemic is described, and the impact of the disease on the world economy is analyzed. The third chapter provides an analysis of the effects of the COVID-19 disease on the world economy, observing the first period before the onset of the pandemic, then the pandemic period, and some questions related to the future of tourism development are raised. In addition, the mentioned chapter also presents the effects of the pandemic on the Croatian economy and tourism. In the fourth chapter, attention is paid to the tourism of the Dubrovačko-neretvanska županija and it shows the effects on tourism in the pre-pandemic and pandemic period, as well as recommendations and estimates for the future. At the very end, there is the conclusion in which all relevant information is meaningfully synthesized.
