Abstract
Plaća se može definirati kao sredstvo materijalnog kompenziranja zaposlenika za obavljeni rad. Postoji pet komponenti koje su osnovni dio plaće, a to su osnovna plaća, stimulativni dio plaće, dodaci, naknade, te udio u dobit. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati stanje plaće, te njeno kretanje u razdoblju od 2011. godine, koje prikazuje vrijeme prije ulaska u Europsku uniju, do 2021. godine, koje prikazuje 8 godina punopravnog članstva. U radu je uspoređena plaća s obzirom na spol, županije i različite djelatnosti te s prosjekom Europske unije i njenim članicama. Također, u radu analiziraju se troškovi sata rada u Hrvatskoj i EU te kretanje minimalne plaće.
Abstract (english)
A salary is defined as a monetary compensation which employees receive for their work. The main aim of this paper is to analyse and compare data related to the changes in salaries form 2011. to 2021. This time frame represents a few years before Republic of Croatia becomes a member of the European Union and 8 years of its membership. Additionally, this paper analyses and compares pays based on net pay, gross pay, gender, different professions, Croatia’s 21 counties, the minimum wage and the EU's average.
