Abstract
S obzirom na vrlo jaku konkurenciju s kojom se poduzeća danas susreću, potrebno je na bilo koji naĉin stvoriti odreĊene prednosti u odnosu na konkurente. Jedan od glavnih faktora za ostvarivanje konkurentne prednosti je upravo upravljanje ljudskim resursima koje podrazumjeva prikupljanje i odabir kadrova, uvoĊenje u posao, razvoj karijere, motivaciju, obrazovanje te ocjenu uspješnosti. Putem tehnika i funkcija upravljanja ljudskim resursima, poduzeća pokušavaju osigurati uspješnost i poslovnu uĉinkovitost. MIJUKIĆ PROM d.o.o. je poduzeće ĉija je primarna djelatnost proizvodnja te prerada trajnih suhomesnatih proizvoda te su u kratkom roku postali vodeća tvrtka u toj djelatnosti na tom podruĉju. Uz pomoć dobro organiziranog sustava upravljanja ljudskim resursima, poduzeće MIJUKIĆ PROM d.o.o. se lako nosi sa svim izazovima koji mu se nameću iz okoline te na taj naĉin stvara odreĊenu konkurentnu prednost.
Abstract (english)
Given the very strong competition with which companies face today, it is in any way create certain advantages over competitors. One of the major factors for achieving competitive advantage is precisely human resource management, which includes the collection and selection of personnel, the introduction of work, career development, motivation, education, and performance assessment. Through technology and human resources management functions, companies are trying to ensure the success and business efficiency. MIJUKIĆ PROM d.o.o. is a company whose primary activity is the production and processing of dry-cured products and are in a short time become the leading company in the industry in this area. With the help of a well-organized system of human resources management, enterprise MIJUKIĆ PROM d.o.o. can easily cope with all the challenges placed upon him from the environment and thus creates a certain competitive advantage.
