Abstract
U poduzeću koje se bavi trgovinom na domaćem i inozemnom tržištu, robni promet igra važnu ulogu. Uz pravilno korištenje dokumentacijskih isprava i objektivno i fer evidentiranje poslovnih promjena dolazi se do što boljeg poslovanja poduzeća. Cilj ovog rada bilo je definiranje tranzita i komisijske prodaje te njihova potreba u poduzeću, a posebno u djelatnosti trgovine robom i uslugama. Uz robnu dokumentaciju poduzeća Brodomerkur d.d. prikazana je prodaja robe određenom kupcu te proces kroz koji samo poduzeće prolazi.
Abstract (english)
In company that trades on the domestic and foreing markets, goods traffic plays an important role. With the proper use of documentation documents and objective and fair recording of business changes, the best possible operation of the company is achieved. The aim of this paper was to define what transit and commission sales are and what is their importance in a company, especially in the business of trade in goods and services. Along with the product documentation of Brodomerkur d.d. the sales of goods to a certain customer and the process that the company itself goes through, are shown.
