Abstract
U ovome radu navedena su obilježja i specifičnosti računovodstva troškova u proizvodnim djelatnostima s posebnim naglaskom na prehrambenu industriju. Najvažniji dio računovodstva troškova unutar proizvodnih poduzeća je praćenje zaliha. Kako bi poslovni događaji bili pravilno evidentirani, te u konačnici i financijski izvještaji poduzeća realno iskazani od velike je važnosti napraviti ispravan obračun proizvodnje. Osnovni preduvjet za isto je dobro ustrojen hodogram dokumenata. Raspored i obračun troškova proizvodnje od velike je važnosti za menadžment svakog društva, jer na temelju njega donose bitne odluke za poslovanje. Kako bi to bilo moguće važno je da računovodstvo troškova bude ispravno, i pravovremeno. Osim tih informacija računovodstvo troškova može poslužiti kao potpora i ostalim službama unutar poduzeća, ali je isto tako potrebna i suradnja svih službi sa službom računovodstva kako bi podaci što realnije prikazali stvarno stanje unutar poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
In this paper there are listed characteristics and specifics of cost accounting in production activities. There is special emphasis on the food industry. The most important part of accounting in production activities is the monitoring of stocks. In order for business events to be properly recorded, and ultimatelz the financial statements of the companz realisticallz expressed, it is of great importance to make correct calculation of production. The basic preraquisite for thar usa a well-established document hodogram. The schedule and calculation of production costs is of great importance for the management of each company, because on the basis of it they make importand business decisions. In order to that, it is important that accounting of costs is correct and on time. In addition to this information, cost accounting can also serve as support to the other services within the enterprise. Iti s also necessary that all services cooperate with the accounting in order for the dana to show the real situation in the enterprise.
