Abstract
Svaka organizacija postavlja ciljeve kojima se vodi kroz poslovanje. Kontinuiranim ulaganjem u organizaciju dolazi se do poboljšanja postojećih procesa u kojem sudjeluju svi zaposlenici. Stalnim unaprjeđenjem i njegovim kvalitetnim provođenjem poduzeće se može lakše nositi s konkurencijom i promjenama koje dolaze iz okoline. Svaka poslovna funkcija na svoj način doprinosi razvoju poduzeća. Na primjeru ugostiteljskog obrta Josip može se vidjeti koliko je svaka poslovna funkcija važna te koliko znači za cjelokupno poslovanje. Zapošljavanje kvalitetne radne snage može se smatrati kao preduvjet ostvarivanja pozitivnih poslovnih rezultata. Ovaj ugostiteljski objekt nastoji zadržati svoju poziciju na tržištu velike konkurencije i u budućnosti sve više napredovati i ulagati u vlastiti razvoj.
Abstract (english)
Every organization sets their goal what to achive trough work. With constant investment into the organization improvement can be achived in existing process which includes every employee. With constant improvement and it's quality implementation organization can handle competition and changes that come from the environment much better. On example of restaurant Josip it can be seen how much every business function is important and how much it means for the whole organization. Employment of good and quality workers can be considered as one of the most important things to achive positive results. This restaurant is trying to keep it's position in a highly competitive market and in future improve and invest even more in it's development.
