Abstract
Predmet ovog diplomskog rada je uloga sponzora i lojalnost navijača prema omiljenim momčadima te utjecaj sponzora tih momčadi na same navijače kao potencijalne kupce. Teorijski dio rada se naslanja na empirijsko istraživanje kojim se utvrđuje lojalnost koju navijači HNK Hajduk Split imaju prema klubu i odražava li se ta lojalnost na njihove kupovne odluke. Provedeno istraživanje preko anketnog upitnika je potvrdilo kako sponzori sportskih entiteta imaju utjecaj na navijače kao kupce i na njihove kupovne odluke. Navijači svoju lojalnost produžuju na sponzore i partnere vidjevši ih kao jedno zajedništvo s klubom i navijačima. U tom odnosu između kluba i sponzora su sve strane zadovoljne jer imaju koristi iz takvog odnosa i lojalnosti koja postoji. Klub dobiva neophodna financijska sredstva od strane sponzora dok sponzor pridobiva nove lojalne kupce u vidu navijača kluba.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this thesis is sponsorship role and fans loyalty for their favourite teams and how much influence do sponsors of that team have on fans as potential customers. Papers theoretical part is closely followed by empirical research that determines the amount of the loyalty that supporters have towards HNK Hajduk Split and whether their support and loyalty is reflected in their purchasing decisions. The research carried out through a survey has confirmed that the sponsors of sports entities have an influence on fans as customers and their purchasing decisions. Fans extend their club loyalty to sponsors and start seeing them as one with the club. During the sponsorship relation between the clubs and sponsors, all parties are satisfied. Sport entities receive the necessary financial resources from sponsor, while the sponsor acquires new customers in the form of the loyal fans.
