Abstract
Tema završnog rada glasi „ Upravljanje ljudskim resursima u obiteljskom hotelu Indijan“. Ljudski resursi su važan čimbenik uspjeha svakog poduzeća i jedna od ključnih funkcija menadžmenta. Za uspješno upravljanje poduzećem presudno je upravljanje ljudskim resursima. Oni svojim sposobnostima, znanjima i vještinama omogućuju rast i uspjeh poduzeća. Kroz rad će na samom početku biti definiran pojam menadžmenta i njegovih funkcija od kojih je naglasak na ljudskim resursima. Zatim ćemo uvidjeti važnost upravljanja ljudskim resursima, pribavljanje i motiviranje zaposlenika. Empirijski dio rada odnosi se na primjer upravljanja ljudskim resursima u malom obiteljskom hotelu Indijan. U radu će biti objašnjeno planiranje potreba ljudskim resursima, regrutiranje, obuka i motivacija zaposlenika.
