Abstract
U ovom završnom radu istražen je utjecaj planiranja kadrova na uspješnost poslovanja poduzeća. Cilj rada bio je istražiti teorijske koncepte planiranja kadrova, analizirati financijske pokazatelje poduzeća Imperial d.d. Makarska te provesti anketno istraživanje među zaposlenicima kako bi se utvrdio njihov stav o planiranju kadrova. U radu su korištene teorijske metode (kompilacija, analiza, sinteza, deduktivna i induktivna metoda) i istraživačke metode (anketiranje, intervjuiranje, deskriptivna statistika). Analiza dobivenih rezultata ukazuje na općenito pozitivan stav zaposlenika prema planiranju kadrova u poduzeću Imperial d.d. Makarska. Većina ispitanika se slaže s tvrdnjama koje se odnose na praćenje potrebe za novim kadrovima, proces regrutiranja, zadržavanje kvalitetnih kadrova i važnost planiranja kadrova na tržištu rada. Međutim, postoje i neki ispitanici koji izražavaju neslaganje ili nisu sigurni u neka pitanja. Utvrđeno je da planiranje kadrova u poduzeću Imperial d.d. Makarska ima pozitivan utjecaj na uspješnost poslovanja poduzeća. Planiranje kadrova je samo jedan od elemenata koji pridonose uspješnosti poslovanja, ali je važan jer osigurava adekvatan ljudski kapital potreban za ostvarivanje ciljeva i dugoročni rast poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, the impact of workforce planning on business performance of the company has been examined. The aim of the study was to explore the theoretical concepts of workforce planning, analyze the financial indicators of Imperial d.d. Makarska company, and conduct a survey among employees to determine their attitudes towards workforce planning. The study utilized theoretical methods (compilation, analysis, synthesis, deductive and inductive methods) and research methods (surveying, interviewing, descriptive statistics). The analysis of the obtained results indicates a generally positive attitude of employees towards workforce planning in Imperial d.d. Makarska company. The majority of respondents agree with statements related to monitoring the need for new employees, the recruitment process, retention of quality personnel, and the importance of workforce planning in the labor market. However, there are also some respondents who express disagreement or uncertainty regarding certain questions. It has been found that workforce planning in Imperial d.d. Makarska company has a positive impact on business performance. Workforce planning is just one element contributing to business success, but it is important as it ensures adequate human capital needed for achieving goals and long-term growth of the company.
