Abstract
U suvremenom poslovnom okruženju, gdje su neizvjesnost i promjene svakodnevica, pravilno planiranje i menadžment igraju ključnu ulogu u postizanju poslovnih ciljeva. Ovaj rad se fokusira na analizu funkcije planiranja unutar menadžmenta, s posebnim naglaskom na CIAK Grupu, jednu od vodećih kompanija u regiji specijaliziranu za distribuciju autodijelova i ekološko upravljanje otpadom. Kroz dubinski intervju sa zamjenikom regionalnog voditelja CIAK Grupe, rad istražuje konkretne primjere provedbe funkcije planiranja, uključujući otvaranje nove poslovnice u Sinju. Ovaj proces uključuje višestruke aspekte, poput analize tržišta, logističkih priprema i identifikacije ključnih resursa potrebnih za uspjeh. Također, naglašava se značaj strateškog, taktičkog i operativnog planiranja u osiguravanju održivog rasta i prilagodbe promjenjivim uvjetima na tržištu. Na kraju, rad podcrtava važnost kontinuiranog planiranja ljudskih resursa kao ključnog elementa za postizanje viših razina produktivnosti i zadovoljstva zaposlenika, što dodatno doprinosi uspjehu organizacije. U kontekstu CIAK Grupe, efikasno planiranje omogućava kompaniji da se nosi s izazovima i maksimalno iskoristi nove prilike koje se pojavljuju na tržištu.
Abstract (english)
In the modern business environment, where uncertainty and change are everyday, proper planning and management play a key role in achieving business goals. This paper focuses on the analysis of the planning function within management, with a special emphasis on CIAK Group, one of the leading companies in the region specializing in the distribution of auto parts and ecological waste management. Through an in-depth interview with the deputy regional manager of the CIAK Group, the paper explores concrete examples of the implementation of the planning function, including the opening of a new branch in Sinj. This process includes multiple aspects, such as market analysis, logistical preparations and identification of key resources needed for success. It also emphasizes the importance of strategic, tactical and operational planning in ensuring sustainable growth and adaptation to changing market conditions. Finally, the paper underlines the importance of continuous human resource planning as a key element for achieving higher levels of productivity and employee satisfaction, which further contributes to the success of the organization. In the context of CIAK Group, efficient planning enables the company to cope with challenges and make the most of new opportunities that appear on the market.
