Abstract
Roba je jedan od ključnih sektora prijevoza, a ista ima svoje specifičnosti koje utječu i na sam prijevoz robe te aktivnosti koje se odvijaju prije, tijekom i nakon prijevoza. Kako bi roba došla od svoje polazišne do krajnje točke u očekivanom stanju, ona, kao i popratne funkcije, trebaju zadovoljiti zakonski propisane uvjete. Pomorski transport u tome nije izuzetak. Odvija se po strogo propisanim pravilima kojima svi dionici trebaju udovoljiti. Važno područje koje može olakšati njihov rad su osiguravajuća društva koja mogu smanjiti odgovornost i olakšati poslovanje na ovom području. Razumijevanje važnosti ovih pokazatelja može bitno utjecati na kreatore politika. Naime, kreatori politika trebali bi se više usmjeriti prema ključnim pokazateljima, s sve kako bi postigli što bolje rezultate.
Abstract (english)
Goods are one of the key sectors of transport. It has its own specificities that affect the transport of goods itself and the activities that take place before, during and after transport. In order for the goods to arrive from their starting point to their final destination in the expected condition, they, as well as the accompanying functions, should meet the legally prescribed conditions. Maritime transport is no exception. It takes place according to strictly prescribed rules that all stakeholders must comply with. An important area that can facilitate their work is insurance companies that can reduce liability and facilitate business in this area. Understanding the importance of these indicators can significantly influence policy makers. Namely, policy makers should focus more on key indicators, with everything in order to achieve the best possible results.
