Abstract
Rad govori o utjecaju implementacije ERP (engl. enterprise resource planning) sustava na performanse poduzeća. Ovim radom definiran je ERP sustav kao pojam, povijesni razvoj ERP sustava te njegove prednosti i nedostatci s obzirom na različite komponente i module. U radu je prikazana implementacija ERP sustava, koraci i poteškoće implementacije kao i krajnji utjecaj na poslovanje poduzeća. Provedeno empirijsko istraživanje tj. anketiranje određenog broja zaposlenika poduzeća Pliva d.o.o. u Zagrebu pomoglo je u jasnijem prikazu utjecaja ERP sustava na poduzeće. Cilj je bio prikazati koliko je zapravo uspješno uvesti takav sustav u poslovanje poduzeća kako bi to isto pomoglo ostalim organizacijama za uvid na ERP sustav. Rezultatima istraživanja utvrđeno je da ERP sustav ima pozitivan utjecaj na poduzeće. Ključno je pažljivo planiranje i upravljanje procesom implementacije kako bi se ostvarili željeni rezultati.
