Abstract
Tema ovoga rada su instrumenti politike nabave. Ovaj završni rad istražuje ključne instrumente politike nabave te njihovu ulogu u određivanju strategije nabave. Polazeći od pretpostavke da je nabava vitalna komponenta efikasnog poslovanja, ovaj rad analizira različite metode i alate korištene u politici nabave, te njihovu primjenju u svakodnevnom poslovanju nabave. Kroz pregled literature, analizu stvarnih slučajeva i evaluaciju njihove primjene, rad se bavi pitanjima efikasnosti, ekonomske održivosti, profitabilnosti te društvene odgovornosti u kontekstu nabave. Zaključno, ovaj rad pruža uvid u složenost i značaj politike nabave u suvremenom poslovanju s ciljem unapređenja politike nabave za profitabilno, održivo i odgovorno poslovanje.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this paper is procurement policy instruments. This final paper explores the key instruments of procurement policy and their role in determining procurement strategy. Starting from the assumption that procurement is a vital component of efficient business operations, this paper analyzes various methods and tools used in procurement policy and their application in day-to-day procurement activities. Through a review of literature, analysis of real-world cases, and evaluation of their application, the paper addresses issues of efficiency, economic sustainability, profitability, and social responsibility in the context of procurement. In conclusion, this paper provides insight into the complexity and significance of procurement policy in contemporary business with the aim of enhancing procurement policy for profitable, sustainable, and responsible business operations.
